Products ship out every Thursday.

The cost of shipping depends on the weight of your entire order and its destination from our retail store in Banner Elk, North Carolina, USA.

Domestic Shipping

All domestic orders ship with one standard shipping rate.

Method: USPS or UPS, depending on the order size, weight, and destination.
Estimated Delivery Time: 3–8 business days*

*Delivery times are projected once you receive confirmation of shipment.

Please note: Delivery methods may take slightly longer due to inclement weather, carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

International Shipping

International customers are responsible for customs duties and/or brokerage fees in addition to shipping costs assessed during checkout.

Land of Oz Shop is not responsible for international shipping delays, including customs delays. Land of Oz Shop is also not responsible for customs duties, taxes, or fees. If a package is returned because customs payment was not paid, we are not able to refund your order.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. The buyer assumes all responsibility for claims made with the shipping carrier and all duties or fees incurred on the shipment.

Tracking Number

Depending on when you place your order, your tracking number may take 2–3 business days to become active within 24 hours upon receipt.
